BDK Parfums offers a 14-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging to ensure the olfactory integrity of our creations. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve, ensuring it is securely packed in a shipping carton to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our Parisian logistics center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
